At 9:30 Friday morning, KTIC News reporters drove Highway 275 from West Point to the Dodge/Cuming county line to view the Elkhorn River flood potential, being created by ice jamming.
Due to ice jams on the Elkhorn River, water is now over Highway 275. The highway is closed at the 91 & 275 jct to West Point. Check 511.nebraska.gov for closure and detour information.
Water is in ditches from the Dead Timber Recreation Area, the Highway 91/275 intersection and toward Scribner.
