Early Tuesday morning, about two miles east of Snyder, a two vehicle accident on Highway 91 left 26- year- old Isaac Wilson of Oakland dead .
Dodge County Sheriff Steve Hespen says Wilson was driving his Geo Metro west when he crossed into the eastbound lane, striking a truck driven by 28- year- old Brian Steffensmeier of Clarkson.
Steffensmeier and his passenger werent injured.
